Agreement and service identity

These terms apply when you use the LEG Ehitus OÜ website, educational material, reference pages, or organization-focused advisory services. LEG Ehitus OÜ helps teams understand digital systems, frame products, communicate technical ideas, and plan practical next steps. LEG Ehitus OÜ is a company registered in Estonia (registry code 14522570, registered 2018), with its registered office at Kalda tn 6-10, 20103 Narva, Ida-Viru maakond, Estonia.

Scope of material and sessions

LEG Ehitus OÜ content may cover blockchain technology, the Bitcoin ecosystem, XRP Ledger concepts, Ethereum validators, digital protocols, digital assets as a technical concept, software products, company operations, and marketing communication. Materials are general educational resources. Team sessions are scoped around the organizational questions discussed with you.

Decisions involving law, tax, accounting, security, compliance, or regulated activity should be reviewed with appropriately qualified professionals for your situation.

Organization-focused service

Services are designed for companies, project teams, founders acting for an organization, and other professional groups. Personal consumer matters are outside the service scope.

Accuracy and changing systems

We work to keep explanations clear and useful, but protocols, software, third-party interfaces, standards, and public rules can change. You are responsible for checking current technical documentation and requirements before relying on a detail for production work.

Third-party resources

The Explorers page links to independent websites such as network explorers. Those services are controlled by their own operators. LEG Ehitus OÜ does not control their uptime, interface, policies, security, or the completeness of information they display.

Acceptable use

You may use the public site for lawful learning and business planning. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, use automated requests that degrade availability, impersonate another person or organization, submit unlawful material, or use the service to facilitate abuse.

Site materials

Unless a page says otherwise, site text, original diagrams, visual systems, and brand elements are owned by LEG Ehitus OÜ or used with permission. You may quote short portions for commentary or internal team reference with attribution. Broader republication or commercial reuse requires written permission where applicable.

Consultations and deliverables

The scope, timing, format, and any fees for a team consultation should be confirmed in writing before work begins. A workshop, note, diagram, or recommendation is based on the information available at the time and should be reviewed by the team responsible for implementation.

Availability

We may update, pause, remove, or reorganize parts of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted access to every page or external resource.

Responsibility for use

You remain responsible for decisions made by your organization, for testing software before deployment, for protecting credentials and access, and for meeting rules that apply to your activity. To the extent allowed by law, LEG Ehitus OÜ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by use of the public site or third-party resources.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when the service, site structure, providers, or legal requirements change. The version and revision date at the top identify the current text.
